When calculating the energy consumption of district cooling stations, the operation strategies and durations of the four typical working conditions of 100%, 75%, 50% and 25% are generally used as the calculation basis. However, the wet bulb temperature changes in the four typical working condition days and durations are inconsistent, which will lead to deviations in the calculation. Based on the statistics of annual wet bulb temperature changes in Shenzhen and operating characteristics of frequency conversion chillers, presents the principle of the boundary point of typical working conditions based on wet bulb temperature changes and the calculation method of characteristic wet bulb temperature, so as to calculate the annual operating energy consumption of district cooling station more accurately.
